After years of thrilling moments and unforgettable wins, the Kentucky Lottery's beloved daily draw game, Kentucky 5, is heading into retirement. But don't worry—the Kentucky Lottery is sending it off in style with a chance to win big.

Starting November 3, 2024, you won't be able to buy new Kentucky 5 tickets. Play now before it's too late!

It's also important to note:

  • Multi-draw options end October 1: You can no longer play Kentucky 5 for multiple drawings.
  • Claim winning tickets within 180 days: Winning tickets can still be claimed for 180 days after the draw date.

About Kentucky 5

Kentucky 5 is a daily draw game offered exclusively in Kentucky. The game first came to the Bluegrass State in November 2021.

Each play costs $1, and players choose five balls from 1 to 39. A player can also opt for Quick Pick, where the computer randomly selects their numbers. To increase the winnings, players can add Xtra for an extra $1 per play, which multiplies winnings except for the jackpot and Match 2 fixed $2 prize.

Kentucky 5's retirement promotion

As a token of appreciation for the support of Kentucky 5, the 加拿大28预测开奖:Kentucky Lottery is offering a second chance promotion.

To participate in the Kentucky 5 retirement promotion, purchase $5 or more of Kentucky 5 tickets online or in-store between now and November 7, 2024. Then, a player enters their tickets for a chance to be one of eight winners who will share 25% of the final Kentucky 5 jackpot.

The final prize pool for the Kentucky 5 retirement promotion will be determined by the Kentucky 5 jackpot on November 2, 2024. If the jackpot isn't won in the final drawing, the guaranteed minimum prize pool is $40,000.

Eight winners will be selected to share in this prize pool. Each winner is guaranteed a minimum prize of $5,000.

For the winners

What do you do if you win? To claim your prize, follow these steps:

  • Sign the back: Immediately sign the back of your winning ticket.
  • Determine prize value: If your prize is under $600, you can claim it at any Kentucky Lottery retailer. Online wins up to $600 will be deposited directly into your account. For larger prizes, you'll need to submit a claim form.
  • Claim form: Download, complete, and print the Prize Claim form on the Kentucky Lottery website.
  • Claim location: For prizes over $600, visit an Authorized Cashing Agent or Super Cashing Agent. For prizes over $5,000, go to an Authorized Super Cashing Agent or the Kentucky Lottery Headquarters in Louisville.

Remember to keep copies of the claim form and the back of the signed ticket for your records.
